Owner & Lead Coordinator
Marlen is a certified wedding & event coordinator with over 20 years of experience. She has been a vital part of fundraising efforts in the Florida Keys her whole life, turning her passion, creativity and leadership skills into a successful event planning business. Marlen is known for her attention to detail, incredible organizational skills and great taste. She and her husband, Mark, have been married for 32 years. They have 3 beautiful daughters and enjoy spending time with family, including their grand-dog, Ziggy.
Molly Weeks
Asst. Coordinator & Social Media Director
Molly is Marlen's youngest daughter and the bright future of Keys Parties. She is Marlen's muse, having worked as her intern for many years. Molly's creativity and positive energy plays a fundamental role in our success. Molly is a Florida Keys native who enjoys diving and mission work in Guatemala.
Monica Weeks
Marketing Director
Monica is Marlen's oldest daughter and plays a big role behind the scenes in the family business. She's in charge of marketing for our Keys Parties team. Monica lives in DC and is passionate about photography, activism and community.
Ada Tejeda-Collazo
Team Member
Ada is considered an integral part of the Keys Parties' team with her great attention to detail and exceptional work ethic. Ada is passionate about her church, faith and mission work for Cuba. We are grateful for her contributions to the team.
Michael Gregory
Team Member
Michael is also an essential part of our Keys Parties' family. Not only does he bring his physical strength to our team but he is a perfectionist with a great eye for detail. Michael is an avid stone crab fisherman born and raised in the Florida Keys.
